Artwork & Print Approval Policy
Last updated: 16 May 2026
This policy explains how artwork approval works at Prime Print.
1. Customer responsibility
Before approving artwork, you must check spelling, grammar, phone numbers, email addresses, website links, QR codes, dates, times, prices, sizes, layout, image quality, bleed, crop marks and fonts.
2. Proof approval
If we send a proof, it is your responsibility to check it carefully. Approval means you are happy for the file to be printed. After approval, changes may not be possible.
3. Colour disclaimer
Colours on screen may appear different from printed colours due to RGB vs CMYK, materials and coatings. We cannot guarantee exact matches unless a colour-matching service is agreed in writing.
4. Cutting and finishing tolerance
Trimming, folding and finishing may have small movement. Use bleed and keep important text away from the edge.
5. File quality
Low-resolution images, screenshots, unembedded fonts, transparency effects, overprint settings and incorrect file sizes may affect print quality. We may warn you of major issues but are not responsible for every error in customer-supplied artwork.
