Refunds & Returns Policy

Most Prime Print products are custom-made or personalised for each customer. This means returns and cancellations are limited once an order has been approved or produced.
1. Change of mind
Because printed goods are usually personalised, we usually cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind after production has started or the order has been printed.
2. Faulty or incorrect items
If your order is faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or significantly different from the approved specification, please contact us at primeprintlondon@gmail.com. We may ask for photos, videos, samples or return of the goods to investigate.
3. Remedies
Depending on the issue, we may offer reprint, replacement, repair, partial refund or full refund. The remedy depends on the nature of the issue and whether it was caused by our production or customer-supplied artwork.
4. Customer-approved errors
We cannot usually refund or reprint free of charge where the issue was visible in the approved proof or caused by customer-supplied artwork, including spelling mistakes, wrong numbers, low-resolution images, incorrect sizes, missing bleed or wrong file setup.
5. Reporting an issue
Please report issues as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number, description and photos so we can investigate. This does not affect your statutory rights.
