Delivery Policy

Prime Print offers delivery and, where available, collection for printed products.
1. Delivery areas
We deliver to addresses within the UK. Delivery outside the UK may be available on request.
2. Delivery charges
Delivery charges depend on product, size, weight, quantity, urgency and delivery address. Charges are shown before payment or on your quote.
3. Turnaround and dispatch
Production and delivery times are estimates unless confirmed as guaranteed in writing. Turnaround begins after payment, usable artwork and artwork approval have been received.
4. Courier delivery
We may use third-party couriers. Delays can happen due to traffic, weather, strikes, address issues or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Missed or failed delivery
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and being available to receive the order. If delivery fails due to incorrect details or missed delivery, extra charges may apply for redelivery.
6. Damaged delivery
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging, label and damaged items. Keep the packaging until we have completed our investigation.
